Slim Down Now is one of MMCH's popular weight loss programs and is taught by a team of dietitians. Slim Down Now is a 10 week class that features hundreds of meal plans and snack options; easy-to-prepare recipes; fat-burning exercise tips; monthly passes to three area fitness centers and weekly weigh-ins. The cost is $150 for the 10 week class. The class meets in the auditorium at MMCH
