At MMCH, we understand that serving our community means actually getting out into the community, beyond the walls of our hospital, to meet the needs of area families. Much of our community outreach falls into one of three categories:

• Youth Programs (Farm Fit, Safe Sitter, CATCH, Bike Helmet Presentations, Girls on the Run)
• Outreach Programs (Mammogram program, Walking program, Speaker Services)
• Safety Programs (Car Seat Fitting Station, Discounted Bike Helmets and Booster Seats)

To help us determine our community’s health needs, we regularly contract with a third party to conduct Community Health Assessments. Past assessments can be found below:
